Safety
BESA will provide security personnel for the duration of this event. Security on patrol will be monitoring all areas of the building and property. Please remind your children that cooperative and respectful behavior is expected to ensure the safety of all those in attendance.

Drop Off and Pick Up
Your children will be greeted at the curb upon drop off and escorted to the registration area. For pick up, we do ask that parents park their cars and come into the building to pick up their children. Your child’s safety is important to us and we would appreciate cooperation in this matter.

Tickets
We will have a printed list of advance ticket purchases at the door for check-in. No money is required at the event once you purchase your ticket online. All food, activities and prizes are included in the ticket price.

If you are buying tickets at the door, please note we will accept cash and personal checks only. No credit cards will be accepted at the door.

Parents who wish to attend the event with their children are very welcome. In addition to the entertainment for the children, there will be an adult lounge with refreshments. Tickets are for children participants only, adults do not need a ticket to enter.

Photo/Video Release
Purchase of this ticket gives consent for my child’s photo/video to be used in promotional materials including but not limited to newsletters, news releases and the websites of BESA and its members.
